Loan Program Disclosures

  • Loan Type: Signature Loan
  • Interest Rate: 9.99% annual percentage rate (APR)
  • Repayment Term: Up to 12 months, with monthly installments
  • Eligible Borrowers: Kitsap County residents with debt-to-income ratio less than or equal to 45%
  • Loan Purpose: Refinancing an existing higher interest loan/debt with a partner financial institution
  • Required Documentation: Proof of income and residency

Credit Requirements:

  • Credit history will be reviewed, but a credit score will not be used to determine eligibility.

This program is funded, in part, by the Community Reinvestment Project which focuses on repairing wealth disparities in communities disproportionately harmed by the war on drugs. Native American, African American, and Hispanic individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.
